All-play is the record a team would have had against every opponent every week — the schedule removed.
Luck is real win rate minus all-play, in percentage points. No Bad Juju ran 23pp ahead of their all-play; JBayer60 21pp behind. This table does not represent playoff finishing order.

This season's "draft" is a roster import, not a draft. When the league moved to Sleeper the
existing rosters were recorded as draft picks, ordered by position — it opens with 24 straight quarterbacks. No one chose that order,
so those picks carry no slot value. Detected by measuring how often consecutive picks share a position: real drafts here run 24–37%,
these run 65–67%.
Every pick is scored against what that draft slot historically returns — against
rookie and import drafts specifically, never a single pooled curve. A redraft, a 30-round startup and a
5-round rookie draft price the 40th pick completely differently, and mixing them would make every rookie pick look
like a steal. Rookie value here is year-one production only, which understates a
pick made for a career — a 2021 rookie may not produce until 2023. Multi-year horizons are specified but not built.
