Draft
Best pick
Najee Harris
3rd overall · +188.4 vs slot
Worst pick
Justin Fields
5th overall · -106.4 vs slot
Every pick is scored against what that draft slot historically returns — against
rookie drafts specifically, never a single pooled curve. A redraft, a 30-round startup and a
5-round rookie draft price the 40th pick completely differently, and mixing them would make every rookie pick look
like a steal. Rookie value here is year-one production only, which understates a
pick made for a career — a 2021 rookie may not produce until 2023. Multi-year horizons are specified but not built.
