PADL (Pitt Area Dynasty League)
A SPIRITUAL SUCCESSOR to the Guardians lineage, not a continuation — Cam's call 2026-07-31. Guardians folded after 2023 (its 2024 league drew only 3 users and was never played) and PADL launched in 2024 with 9 of its 14 managers carried over. It is a separate lineage because rosters did NOT carry: PADL ran a 360-pick STARTUP draft in 2024, and a dynasty league only redrafts from scratch when it restarts. That is the line this project draws — a rename continues a lineage, a startup draft begins a new one. Keeping them separate is what stops a 2023 Guardians trade from accruing value against rosters that no longer existed.
