All-play is the record a team would have had against every opponent every week — the schedule removed.
Luck is real win rate minus all-play, in percentage points. Hurricane Durbin ran 18pp ahead of their all-play; Deflatriots 18pp behind. This table does not represent playoff finishing order.

Best pick
Carson Palmer
110th overall · +217.5 vs slot
Worst pick
Dez Bryant
7th overall · -185.2 vs slot
Every pick is scored against what that draft slot historically returns — against
startup drafts specifically, never a single pooled curve. A redraft, a 30-round startup and a
5-round rookie draft price the 40th pick completely differently, and mixing them would make every rookie pick look
like a steal.
